Rules and Regulations

Time Limit: Each speaker has a maximum of 4 minutes for their speech. Going over time will result in penalties.

Solo Performance: This is an individual event. No groups or assistants are allowed on stage.

Originality: Participants should write and deliver their own speech. If using a famous speech or quotes, proper credit must be given to the original author.

Conduct: Use respectful language and maintain good posture and eye contact. Props, musical accompaniment, or background audio are not allowed.

Judging: Speakers will be evaluated on content, clarity, expression, and adherence to the time limit. Judges’ decisions are final.

Performance Time: 4 minutes each participant

Rules and Regulations

Categories: Qirat (Qur’an recitation) and Naat (poetry in praise of the Prophet). Each participant must select one category and perform that. Proper tajweed rules should be followed in Qirat.

Time Limit: Each recitation is limited to 3–5 minutes. Participants should stop when the time is up.

Conduct: Participants should dress modestly and maintain proper decorum. Props or musical instruments are not allowed – focus should be on the voice and proper recitation only.

Judging: Judges will evaluate voice quality, pronunciation (especially tajweed in Qirat), and emotional expression. Judges’ decisions are final and based on religious recitation guidelines.

Rules and Regulations

Song Selection: Only national, folk, or patriotic songs are allowed. Lyrics must be appropriate (no profanity, no divisive or offensive content).

Time Limit: Each performance should not exceed 5 minutes. This includes any intros or endings.

Group/ Individual Performance: performances can be in the form of group or individual performances are also preferred.

Accompaniment: Live musical accompaniment (instruments) is allowed. Recorded backing tracks or karaoke tracks are not permitted.

Judging: Performances will be judged on vocal quality, stage presence, and emotional impact of the song. Judges’ decisions are final.

Rules and Regulations

Solo or Group: Participants may perform solo or in small groups (up to 4 members). All instruments should be appropriate for a school setting.

Time Limit: Each performance should be within 5 minutes. Any request for extra time must be approved in advance by the organizers.

No Vocal Support: The performance must focus on the instrument(s). Any vocals/ singing should be omitted.

Judging: Judges will assess musical skill, accuracy of performance, and expressive quality. Judges’ decisions are final.

Rules and Regulations

Individual Participation: No teaming- single person participation is preferred.

Time and Responses: Each question must be answered within 20 seconds of being read. Only one final answer per team is allowed.

Fair Play: Teams should respect the rules. No shouting out answers or disrupting others. Wait for the quizmaster to recognize you before answering.

Judging: The quizmaster’s decisions on answers are final. If teams are tied, additional tie-breaker questions will be used.

Rounds: 3 Rounds _ Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced.

Rules and Regulations

Individual Competition: Participants compete one at a time in an elimination-style spelling contest.

Pronunciation and Spelling: Words will be pronounced once. The contestant must spell the word out loud within 30 seconds.

No Assistance: No props, notes, or help from others are allowed. Contestants may ask for a definition or sentence using the word if needed.

Rules of Elimination: A wrong spelling means elimination (typically after one attempt). The last student remaining is the winner.

Judging: The judges’ pronunciation of words is final. Any challenge to a word’s pronunciation or origin will be resolved by the judges.

Rules and Regulations

Originality: Crafts must be handmade by the participant and original. Using ready-made kits or prefabricated items is not allowed. The work should clearly reflect the student’s own effort.

Materials: Participants should use safe, non-toxic materials. Avoid very sharp tools or hazardous substances without supervision.

Time and Presentation: If the event is timed, the craft must be completed within the allocated time. If pre-made crafts are allowed, clearly label and explain your craft at the presentation area.

Judging: Crafts will be judged on creativity, workmanship, and the utility or beauty of the final product. Judges’ decisions are final.

Time Limit and Length: Complete your piece within the given time (for example, 60 minutes in-class). Adhere to any word count limits specified (not more than 2000 words).

Format: Write legibly or type your work. Follow any given prompts or themes. Clearly indicate whether your submission is a story, an essay, or a poem.

Language and Conduct: Use appropriate language (no profanity or hate speech). Maintain a respectful tone, especially if handling sensitive topics.

Judging: Entries will be judged on creativity, clarity, grammar, and adherence to the theme. Judges’ decisions are final.

Time Limit: Participants will have a fixed time (for example, 2 hours) to complete their artwork on site. No additions are allowed after time ends.

Original Work: All artwork must be original. Copying published images, using stencils, or tracing printed material is not allowed.

Materials: Only approved materials (paints, pencils, brushes, paper, etc.) may be used. Participants should bring their own supplies.

Solo Work: Each participant submits one individual entry. Collaborations or group work are not permitted.

Judging: Art works will be judged on creativity, technique, and relevance to the theme (if a theme is given). Judges’ decisions are final.

Video Specifications

Duration: The video must not exceed 90 seconds.

Format: Videos should be submitted in MP4 or MOV format.

Photo Specifications

File Type: Photos should be submitted in JPEG or PNG format.

Resolution: Minimum of 1080p quality to ensure clarity and detail.

Content Guidelines: All content must be original. Plagiarism or use of copyrighted material without permission will result in disqualification. Submissions must not include any offensive or inappropriate content.

Rules and Regulations

Original Content: All photos or videos must be original works taken by the participant(s). Using stock images, copyrighted music, or others’ work is not allowed.

Editing and Presentation: Basic editing is allowed (cropping, color correction), but excessive manipulation or filters that misrepresent reality may be penalized. Participants should title and briefly describe their work.

Team Size: Entries are individual.

Judging: Entries will be judged on creativity, technical skill (focus, lighting, etc.), storytelling or message (for videos), and relevance to the theme. Judges’ decisions are final.
